Leadership must be linked with vision, commitment involvement, and dedication to help individual, organizational and self-development and self-confidence of the people. Acting so, the transformational leader inspires and motivates followers who believe that the leader is fair and credible, beginning to see themselves as a link in the same victory channel, and think creatively to nurture the seeds of  change and transformational vision to act accordingly to performance results, and ethically.
